📦 Order Fulfillment
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Providers: We ship using Royal Mail and DHL, with tracking and signature on delivery where applicable.
- Delivery Area: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- Backorders: Out-of-stock items may be dispatched separately once restocked — typically within 21 days.
- Split Shipments: You may receive separate packages if your order contains both in-stock and backordered items.
❄️ Non-Returnable & Temperature-Sensitive Items
Some of our products, particularly injectables and aesthetic medical supplies, are subject to temperature control and sterility. In accordance with UK consumer law, the right to return or cancel does not apply to:
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods
- Medicinal, injectable, or sterile items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
These products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where:
- They arrive damaged
- They are incorrect
- They are faulty within the warranty period
- Your statutory rights apply
Please inspect your items on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
🔁 Cancellation Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel an order:

- Provide your order number and reason
- We will confirm whether your item qualifies under the return regulations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been booked for collection or dispatched.
💳 Returns & Refund Policy
For items eligible for return (non-perishable, non-temperature sensitive, sealed and unused):
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return
- Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method (or via BACS if this is not possible)
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
